Description: Rolex Date 15000
Pre-owned Rolex Date ref 15000 (1989) entered the market shortly after the Datejust in the 1950s. Similar to its larger cousin, the Date is equipped with a standard waterproof Oyster case, a Perpetual movement with automatic winding, and a jump date mechanism. The main difference between the two models is the case size. The Datejust measures 36mm in diameter, and the Date measures 34mm in diameter. Many collectors seek the Date for its modest and versatile case size. The ref. 15000 is a steel-on-steel edition of the series that also includes a sporty Oyster bracelet with three-piece links, a smooth bezel, and a classy blue dial adorned with a silver display and Tritium.

Beautiful timepiece, such an elegant yet casual design. A perfect daily watch, I love it! 34mm case seemed a bit small at first, but after getting the Jubilee bracelet sized, and wearing it for a couple days, I can truly say it wears amazingly. Disguised yet you’re wearing a Rolex. The Date is a must have timepiece, and a great addition to a watch collection.
