Pre-owned Rolex Datejust 36 Thunderbird ref 116264 (2006 - 2007) often called the Thunderbird or Rolex Turn-O-Graph, is one of the more unusual chapters in the Datejust story. At a glance, it looks familiar, but the key difference is the rotating bezel. a feature not found on a standard Datejust. Originally introduced in the 1950s and later associated with the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, the Turn-O-Graph added a functional, tool-watch element to an otherwise classic design. This 2006–2007 example comes in White Rolesor, pairing a stainless steel case and Jubilee bracelet with an 18k white gold fluted bezel that actually turns. The black dial is sharp, while the red seconds hand adds just enough contrast to remind you this isn’t a typical Datejust. It still delivers everything the collection is known for, an automatic caliber movement and a date display, but with a slightly sportier, more interactive feel on the wrist.
