Pre-owned Rolex Datejust ref 16264 (2000 - 2001) exudes all the classically elegant aesthetics of the DJ36 collection, but with a rotatable bezel, also called the "Rolex Turn-o-Graph." It's a somewhat lesser-known sub-model that some might be surprised to learn pre-dates other Rolex tool watches, like the Submariner and GMT Master, making it the first Rolex to feature a rotatable bezel. Aside from that feature, it's a DJ36 through and through. The case is rated waterproof up to 100 meters and houses a reliable self-winding movement with that famous 3 o'clock Cyclops date. Rolex made many different variations of this series. Ref. 16264 is furnished in steel with an 18k white gold 60-minute bezel. It displays the time on a striking pink salmon dial via silvered Roman numeral hour markers.
This 1991 Rolex Datejust Turn-O-Graph arrived in excellent condition, with a white-gold rotating bezel which beautifully complimented the stainless steel case and jubilee bracelet. The watch was properly regulated to Rolex standards per my timegrapher. I am very pleased with this purchase.
