Rolex Datejust 41 Ref 126303
In 2009, Rolex introduced a brand new case size to the Datejust line via the 41mm Datejust II. This model remained in production for a few years before being replaced in 2016 with the slightly more refined Datejust 41. While both models offer the same case size, the newer 2016 model is equipped with a newer calibre 3235 Perpetual movement that operates at 4Hz and features a 70-hour power reserve, a new Chronergy escapement with a more efficient skeletonized structure, and the distinction of a Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified. The line also features a thinner case and less bulky lugs, making the Datejust 41 a popular choice among avid preowned Rolex collectors. The ref. 126303 that you see here today is a two-tone example of the Datejust 41 that displays the time on a matching champagne dial with a fully-lumed Chromalight display.
