A product of the 1970s, this collection is often characterized by a fascinating retro integrated bracelet and angular case design. The dial is similar to other Rolex dress watches, and the case offers the Oyster case's standard 100-meter depth rating. However, the movement that beats within is a Quartz movement rather than a Perpetual, or self-winding movement. This change came during a time when Quartz watches were taking the industry by storm. Rolex developed this series to remain current, even going as far as to produce the movements that power the series in-house.
