Pre-owned Rolex GMT-Master II ref. 126720VTNR (2026) was one of the most unexpected releases in the GMT-Master II's history. When Rolex unveiled the reference in 2022, it introduced two features the collection had never seen before: a black and green Cerachrom bezel, quickly nicknamed the "Sprite" by collectors, and a left-hand, or "Destro," case configuration. For decades, every regular-production Rolex GMT-Master and GMT-Master II placed the winding crown and date display at 3 o'clock. The ref. 126720VTNR flipped that familiar layout, moving both to the left side of the case to better accommodate left-handed wearers while also appealing to collectors looking for something truly different. Beyond those headline changes, it is still every bit the modern GMT-Master II. The ceramic 24-hour bezel allows the wearer to track a second time zone, while the glossy black dial features white gold hour markers filled with long-lasting Chromalight for exceptional legibility.
