This size gives women a bit more presence on the wrist without appearing too large or bulky, or sacrificing feminine design codes. Ref. 178243 is a Yellow Rolesor model. The case and bracelet are made of steel with yellow gold center links, a yellow gold fluted bezel, and a yellow gold screw-down crown. This model keeps it classic with a lovely white dial decorated with more gold. The case is rated waterproof to 100 meters and houses a chronometer-rated mechanical self-winding movement, so it's just as precise as it is stylish.
