pre-owned Rolex Ceramic Sea-Dweller 116600
The Rolex 116600 Sea-Dweller was the last ceramic bezel reference produced with a 40mm case size. Its successors all boast a larger diameter as well as a Cyclops magnifier over the date. If you prefer the size and weight of a 40mm case as well as the aesthetic of a Cyclops-free crystal, the ref. 116600 may be the perfect watch for your wrist. The ref. 116600 was only produced for a short time between 2014 and 2017, after which the larger Sea-Dweller ref. 126600 was introduced.
Its feature set includes a very desirable black ceramic "Cerachrom" bezel insert, a maxi dial display trimmed in white gold, 904L-grade Oystersteel, and a flat-link Oyster bracelet secure by an Oysterlock clasp. This preowned Rolex is capable of withstanding depths of up to 4,000 feet, thanks to a triple-sealed Triplock screw-down crown and an automatic Helium Escape Valve. An impressive feat in luxury watchmaking technology, the Sea-Dweller is a noteworthy addition to any collection.

Excellent watch. I bought mine in 2016 at a discount as it was just discontinued. A 21/2 year run of production makes a scarce watch with good value and potential for increase in value. Before my 116600 I wore a 2014 BLNR. Since I purchased the SD11660, it has become my daily watch! It’s the perfect Sea Dweller!!!!

Absolutely pristine condition, ceramic bezel gives it a very premium look, 40mm a good choice for my wrist, given thickness and weight.
All the modern, Rolex pluses, without the over-sized case nor the newer, maxi-lugs. The bracelet is a dream.
The 116600 is the sleeper hit for Rolex. For me it is the perfect example of a modern, capable, steel Rolex. If you're only going to own one sports Rolex this is it.
