This is your chance to add a Rolex Datejust Thunderbird with a textured bezel to your luxury watch collection at an affordable, entry-level price. The ref. 16253 showcases a striking steel and gold finish and presents the time on a matching champagne dial topped with stick hour markers and central sweep hands. The line was developed in the 1950s and was the first serially-produced Rolex watch to offer a rotatable bezel. Also referred to as the Rolex Turn-o-Graph, the ref. 16253 is a widely sought-after collector's item. The ref. 16253 that you see here today has a traditional Datejust feature set and also utilizes a yellow gold bezel with 60-minute graduations.
