Similar to other professional series watches in the Rolex catalog, the Yacht-Master is topped with a timing bezel and offers waterproofness as well as a luminous display on the dial. What sets the Yacht-Master apart from other sports watches is the use of polished and more generously tapered lugs, a sand-blasted bezel, and a dial that is often crafted from precious metal, such as platinum. The ref. 16622 is a stainless steel and platinum variation of the line that features a stainless steel case and bracelet and a platinum bezel and dial.
