The Rolex Yacht-Master II made its debut via the all-gold ref. 116688 at Basel World 2007. Its debut brought with it one of the most sophisticated movements ever created by the brand, the calibre 4160. In addition to offering central hour, minute, and seconds hands, the calibre 4130 is also equipped with an innovative programmable countdown and Flyback function, allowing the wearer to sync with race start times in advance as well as allowing the wearer to restart the count down on-the-fly. The movement also boasts chronograph functions and features a 72-hour power reserve and a Paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring. Housed within a 44mm Oyster case with waterproofness up to 100 meters, the calibre 4130 will keep perfect time as you glide across the ocean waters. The ref. 116688 will appeal to any serious collector as it also offers an exquisite 18 karat yellow gold finish, contrasting blue ceramic bezel insert, and classy white Arabic dial.
