Rolesium is Rolex's patented term for their pairing of 904L Oystersteel and 950 platinum. Both metals are forged in-house and are of the highest quality, ensuring a lustrous finish that won't dull over time. This finish is celebrated among used Rolex collectors both for the affordable price point that it brings to the table as well as for its versatility. As a newer addition to the Rolex catalog, the ref. 116622 also features a platinum maxi dial topped with Chromalight hour markers and Mercedes hands, a 5mm Easylink extension clasp, and a calibre 3135 Perpetual movement outfitted with a Paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring and a 48-hour power reserve. The line is also notable as a regatta timer and features a 60-minute rotatable bezel that can be set to count-down to race start times. While it was developed for sport, the Yacht-Master has since garnered an impressive following among those who appreciate its exquisite design.

The watch is exactly was I have been looking for, for the better part of a year. The case has a slimmer design than the submariner, which is better for cuffed shirts. It is the right blend of dress & casual, which is exactly what I needed.
