We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). Click here for information on how you can adjust your Do Not Track on Android/Google Chrome browser and Click here on how you can adjust in-app tracking requests and Click here on how to adjust settings in Safari on your Apple devices such as iPhone and iPad. Please use your browsers’ settings to adjust your preferences. Some features and functions of the Website may not be operational if you choose to disable certain settings. In addition to your browser and device settings, you can control behavioral tracking on our Website directly through our consent banner and preference center, and by using the Global Privacy Control, as described in Consent Banner, Cookies, and Your Privacy Choices below.
The information we collect automatically (such as IP addresses and device and browsing data) may be considered personal information under applicable law. We may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Website and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:
- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
- Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Website according to your individual interests.
- Speed up your searches.
- Recognize you when you return to our Website.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Website. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Website — provided that cookies that are not strictly necessary are only set after you make an affirmative choice through our consent banner, as described below.
- Web Beacons. Pages of our the Website and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
Consent Banner, Cookies, and Your Privacy Choices
When you first visit our Website, we present a consent banner. Other than cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Website (for example, security and fraud-prevention cookies, session cookies, and the cookie that records your consent choice), we do not set analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, and we do not permit third-party advertising partners to collect personal information on our Website, until you have made an affirmative choice through the banner.
You can change your choices or withdraw your consent at any time through our preference center, available via the “Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information” / “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of every page of the Website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other opt-out preference signals. If your browser or a browser extension transmits the Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized universal opt-out signal, we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser, automatically and without any further action by you. When we detect such a signal, the banner displays an acknowledgment that your preference is being honored, and non-essential advertising and analytics technologies remain disabled. If an opt-out preference signal conflicts with a choice you previously made on our Website, we honor the opt-out signal. If you later wish to permit these uses notwithstanding your browser's signal, you may affirmatively opt back in through the preference center available via the “Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information” link in the Website footer; absent that affirmative choice, the signal continues to be honored.
Records of your choices. We keep a record of the consent choices and opt-out requests made through the banner and preference center (including the date and time, the version of the notice displayed, and the choice made) so that we can honor your preferences and demonstrate compliance. See Data Retention below.
Duration of your choice. Your consent choice is stored for up to 12 months, after which we will ask you again. We will also ask you to renew your choice sooner if we make material changes to this policy, to the categories of cookies we use, or to the purposes for which they are used.
Third-Party Use of Cookies
The third-party technologies described in this section operate only after you have made the applicable choice through our consent banner, and are suppressed if you decline, opt out, or send a recognized opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control. Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Website are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our website. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. For information about how you can opt out of receiving targeted advertising from many providers, see Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information.

You may opt out at any time through our consent banner or preference center, via the “Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information” link in the Website footer, or by using the Global Privacy Control — see Your U.S. State Privacy Rights below.
We may also disclose your personal information:

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Tracking Technologies and Advertising. The simplest way to control cookies and tracking on our Website is through our consent banner and preference center (see Consent Banner, Cookies, and Your Privacy Choices above). In addition, you can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
- Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt-out by using our preference center, by logging into the Website and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile, checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email with your request to info@bobswatches.com.
- Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out at any other time by clicking 'Unsubscribe' or by sending us an email stating your request to HERE. We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.
Residents of California and certain other states may have additional personal information rights and choices. Please see Your U.S. State Privacy Rights for more information.

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an email to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
California residents may have additional personal information rights and choices. Please see Your California Privacy Rights for more information.
Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Opt-out requests do not require verification, though we may ask for information necessary to honor the request.
Response timing. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days of receipt, and may extend that period once by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you of the extension. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint.

The criteria we use to determine retention periods include the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which we process it, and applicable legal requirements.
