The Cellissima is a sub-collection of women's watches within the broader Cellini series, often encrusted with diamonds to mimic fine jewelry. None of the typical Rolex watchmaking rules apply to the Cellini and its sub-models. Here, we have a rounded rectangular-shaped case with curved end links instead of the usual round Oyster case in other Rolexes. Furthermore, the watch is powered by a convenient set-it-and-forget-it quartz movement.
