The Rolex Cellini Cestello reference 6623 that is presented here today features an 18 karat yellow gold 37mm Oyster case with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a Quartz movement. A sophisticated ivory dial lies beneath the crystal and is topped with yellow gold Roman hour markers and sweeping hands. The clean, simplistic design of the dial is enhanced by the name "Cellini" inscribed just above the 6-hour marker and the words "Rolex Geneve" just below the 12-hour marker.
