Rolex Cellini 4243
The Rolex Cellini history began in 1928 with the introduction of the first Rolex Prince. Other models would soon follow, which included the Danaos, Cestello, and Cellini Quartz. Early examples of the line were extravagant and were often produced solely with precious metals. Today, the line exhibits a decidedly less ornate, yet still very sophisticated, aesthetic for a watch that is easy to wear during any occasion. The ref. 4243 is a stunning two-tone example that pairs an 18 karat white gold case with an 18 karat rose gold bezel. The black dial mirrors the bezel with stunning pink gold accents. As a newer example of the Cellini range, the ref. 4243 also features longer-lasting luminous plots on the dial, a newer Rolex leather strap bracelet secured by a deployant buckle, and a highly reliable hand-wound movement.
