Pre-owned Rolex Date ref 15000 (1982) has all the appeal of a classic Rolex dress watch but with a slightly smaller 34mm case. Aside from that, it looks just like its 36mm cousin, the Datejust, complete with the same calendar display at 3 o'clock, a waterproof screw-down crown, and a self-winding Perpetual movement. What's particularly attractive about this watch is the steel-on-steel finish. It's versatile, timeless, and incredibly approachable for budgets of all levels. Additionally, the white dial has a certain functional appeal about it with black hands, black Roman numerals, tiny black door stop markers, and Tritium in a light cream color.
Beautiful timepiece, such an elegant yet casual design. A perfect daily watch, I love it! 34mm case seemed a bit small at first, but after getting the Jubilee bracelet sized, and wearing it for a couple days, I can truly say it wears amazingly. Disguised yet you’re wearing a Rolex. The Date is a must have timepiece, and a great addition to a watch collection.
