Watch arrived very safely put together, and very quickly. Looks exactly as described. This was a flawless transaction. I have big hands/wrists, so I need to get some links added to the bracelet. The website clearly explains that the bracelet will fit an average sized wrist, and that additional links might be necessary.

The watch was exactly as described and pictured with everything included just like a new unused watch should be. The best part was the outstanding service provided by the staff as they walked me thru the process of correcting a mistake I had made. I really feel they went out of their war to aid me. The lesson learned is to contact your bank before charging a large amount to avoid fraud detection screening by the bank. The best customer service I have experienced online in years.
