The vintage Rolex 1625 Datejust Turn-o-Graph was among the very first references produced in the line, coming to market around 1959. It was also one of the first references to offer a precious metal bezel, a feature that would continue to characterize the Turn-o-Graph line for decades to come. As a Datejust timepiece, this preowned Rolex is undeniably a dress watch. However, it also boasts the brand's first-ever rotating timing bezel, allowing it to toe the line between a sports and a dress reference. Furthermore, is the case measures a traditional 36mm in diameter and wears on a five-link Jubilee bracelet. Released sometime in the late 1960s, the particular reference 1625 that is presented here today runs on a calibre 1575 movement and features an acrylic crystal over the dial, 14 karat yellow gold, and an older-style American oval link Jubilee bracelet.

It is just like the one my parents gave me for High School Graduation that was lost in a burglary. It''s good to have it back.
