Rolex President Day-Date 118238
The Rolex 118238 is a contemporary gold Presidential Day-Date. Many aspects of its feature set are reminiscent of the original 1950s model, including the 36mm Oyster case topped with a fluted bezel, a President bracelet with semi-circular links, and a double aperture dial. The ref. 118238, however, is a modern Rolex dress watch that also includes an impeccable 18kt yellow gold finish, solid bracelet links, a chronometer-rated calibre 3155 movement with self-winding and a Double Quickset function, and a Twinlock waterproof screw-down crown. The ref. 118238 also includes a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal over the dial and an engraved rehaut as an anti-counterfeit measure.
