This series was introduced in 2015, replacing the previous Day-Date II and featuring refined and perfected proportions. The result is a watch that remains undeniably the Day-Date, but with more wrist presence. Ref. 228238 is still in production today and features materials such as scratch-resistant sapphire, longer-lasting Chromalight, impeccable Rolex gold, and the next-generation caliber 3255 with a 70-hour power reserve.
