Rolex GMT-Master II 16760
The GMT Master II reference 16760 is one of the most important additions to the GMT Master family. It introduced a few updated features such as a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and an updated calibre 3085 self-winding movement with the addition of an independently moving GMT hand. The distinct red GMT hand pops against the black dial and is paired with a matching 24-hour red and black "Coke" bezel that can be adjusted by the wearer to track up to three different time zones at once. A feature that was originally designed by Rolex in coordination with the Pan American Company as a tool for their professional pilots. Also referred to as the "Fat Lady" or "Sophia Loren", this reference also stands out with a thicker 40mm Oyster case and coordinating flat link Oyster bracelet with Oysterclasp.
