Rolex GMT-Master II 116713
The GMT Master II is the ultimate pilots watch. Developed by Rolex to sync with multiple time zones simultaneously, the GMT Master showcases Rolex's impressive watch making capabilities. Released in 1983, the GMT Master II boasts a sophisticated perpetual movement that allows the dial to keep two time zones as well as a third with the use of the 24-hour time-lapse bezel. As with newer Rolex movements, the calibre 3186 boasts a COSC certification and a Paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring for a singularly reliable reading. Modern additions include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, Triplock screw-down crown, maxi dial with larger luminous hour markers and wider sweeping hands, a Cerachrom ceramic 24-hour bezel, and Yellow Rolesor, an striking blend of 904L stainless steel and 18 karat Rolex gold. A 40mm Oyster case is paired with a flat link Oyster bracelet and folding Oysterlock safety clasp with 5mm Easylink extension link for a secure and comfortable hold.
