Since the 1950's the Cosmograph Daytona has been the go-to watch for professional drivers zipping around the tracks at the Daytona speedway and NASCAR. The 40mm Oyster case utilizes a Tachymeter bezel that is capable of measuring speeds of up to 400 kilometers per hour. Additionally, the case is accompanied by a chronograph function, further enhancing its functionality as a professional driving watch. The case and matching flat link Oyster bracelet and folding Oysterlock clasp are crafted entirely out of 18 karat yellow gold crafted in-house, for quality you can feel from the moment you put this timepiece on your wrist. A black dial pops against the all-gold construction and is set with luminous baton hour markers, contrasting red minute hashes, gold sub-dials, and sweeping hands topped with highly visible lume plots. The name Daytona is inscribed in red font just below the central sweep hands, giving this reference an attractive, sporty design.
