Pre-Owned Watch Condition Examination
This Rolex watch is in vintage condition with surface wear to the case and bezel. The case is strong and appears to have been polished. The hallmark on the back of the one o'clock lug is still visible. The dial has developed patina and wear throughout with a concentration of darker patina around the minute track. The date wheel has developed some patina. The hour markers have developed patina and the lume on the dial has aged and developed patina. The hands have developed patina and the lume in the hands has been redone. The red "Officially" text on the dial has remained vibrant.

When it came to market, the OP was an innovation of its time that offered the wearer both a waterproof Oyster case and a Perpetual movement with automatic winding technology. Even today, the Oyster Perpetual remains one of Rolex's flagship models and is a testament to the brand's enduring heritage. Ref. 6304 is presented in yellow gold, a timeless metal finish that is making a comeback in many watch-collecting circles. Retro arrowhead hour markers and dauphine hands circle the dial, which has since aged to a very lovely silver hue. The dial also features a tiny Rolex logo just below the 12-hour marker and a red date wheel.
