This Rolex watch is in overall excellent vintage condition with light surface wear to the bracelet, case and bezel. End links have small dings from wear.

Ref. 18038 is an older-model Rolex distinguished by a satin and polished yellow gold finish, three-link President bracelet, fluted bezel, and sharp black dial. Excellent condition!
I ordered this product late on a Thursday evening and it was delivered before noon on Saturday morning. The watch was in better condition than I anticipated and all parts were period correct. The crystal was a replacement crystal and hands were also replaced somewhere along the way as they were the only parts that had lume. the tritium on the hour indices has long since expired so for the hands to shine brightly, they were likely replaced - I'm good with this as the watch is much more practical as a result. If the watch wasn't clearly from the mid 80s based on a different case design (brushed lug hoods versus current day polished), I would think this was a relatively recent production piece. The bracelet has almost no sag and the clasp buckles tightly. Very happy with this purchase and experience
