Pre-owned Rolex Day-Date ref 18048 (1986) was produced briefly between the 1970s and 1980s, featuring a factory diamond bezel and the caliber 3055 with a single Quickset for the date. Later models would eventually house the caliber 3155 with a Double Quickset for the date and day. I was looking for a gold president and was drawn to this particular one because of the diamond bezel, as it contrasted nicely with the dial. I went in to the Huntington Beach store location to see it in person, as I was a bit skeptical about buying a pre-owned watch. But, Larry was able to answer all of my questions, and the watch looked perfect. I can say that this president is a true statement piece.
