This vintage Heuer Montreal is in vintage condition with wear normal for its age.
Vintage Heuer Montreal
Heuer (the predecessor of TAG Heuer) introduced the Montreal model in 1972. It notably had a pulsations track as well as tachymeter track, allowing TAG to appeal to both doctors and race car drivers. The Montreal is distinguished by its oversized 42mm case, which features a beautiful brushed top like on the automatic Autavias. It furthermore features an automatic chronograph movement. The present watch features a stealthy black dial with red pulsations track, while the tritium luminescent material (a.k.a. "lume") on the dial and in the hands has turned a beautiful and warm color. This is a great watch for someone seeking a 1970s-era chronograph that looks ready for the racetrack.
