The Tudor Heritage Black Bay, with its vintage-inspired design and bevy of modern upgrades, was an instant success upon its release. It came to market when the Tudor company was trying to further separate itself from its parent company Rolex. This was an era in Tudor history when they no longer used Rolex parts in the production of their watches, and the Heritage Black Bay is just one of the many wristwatches that were produced during this epic relaunch. The ref. 79220B is available in a handful of feature sets, including the blue bezel example that you see here today. Tudor's signature Snowflake hands sweep around the dial, and the case is presented in resilient steel.
