Tudor Black Bay 79220
Tudor released the now-infamous Black Bay in 2012, outfitting the collection with a similar aesthetic as the Tudor Submariner ref. 7922 from 1954. Ref. 79220 was the first Black Bay model. It was also the last to sport an ETA movement before the collection was updated to in-house movements. Interestingly, ref. 79220 was also the last Black Bay model to feature the retro-inspired "Smiley Face" script on the dial, and the Tudor rose logo. It's a Tudor enthusiast's dream. The example you see here features a blue aluminum bezel and black dial combo, durable stainless steel, and a leather strap.
