Watch received is in exact condition what Bob's customer service told me via email so I'm overall satisfied. I had it for 2 days now and it's running smoothly and relatively accurately for a watch twice my age. This is my entry to vintage and so far, I'm loving it. Looking forward to owning and wearing it more in the future. As for the service, the customer service was quick to respond, and the overall processing/shipping was ideal.
