Unworn Rolex Datejust II Ref 116333
The 41mm Datejust II came to market in 2009 and introduced the fiercely traditional Datejust to a larger case option for the first time in the brand's history. With demand among luxury watch collectors for larger, more contemporary timepieces at an all-time high, the addition of a larger Datejust couldn't have come at a better time. The now-discontinued ref. 116333 is a two-tone, or Yellow Rolesor, variation of the line that pairs 904L Oystersteel with 18 karat yellow gold. The case maintains a classic fluted bezel in gold and also features a standard depth rating of up to 100 meters and a Perpetual movement with an automatically changing date mechanism. While the ref. 116333 offers a modern feature set, it is still instantly recognized as a Rolex Datejust, giving the wearer the best of both worlds.
