The diamond-encrusted VI hour marker sets this model apart from the rest of the Rolex Roman numeral dials on the secondary market. The bezel mirrors the dial with scattered brilliant-cut diamonds. The diamond elements are just striking enough to make a statement on the wrist without appearing too flashy or over-the-top. Ref. 178344 is a mid-size model in White Rolesor, a versatile metal finish featuring an Oystersteel case and bracelet and a lustrous 18k white gold diamond bezel. The case is waterproof up to 100 meters and features a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a Twinlock waterproof screw-down crown, and a caliber of 2235 self-winding mechanical movement.
