Pre-owned Rolex Cellini ref. 5115 (2000–2001). The Cellini collection takes its name from Benvenuto Cellini, a renowned 16th-century Italian goldsmith and sculptor celebrated for his intricate work with precious metals. Unlike other Rolex collections, Cellini watches were designed with elegance and traditional watchmaking in mind. This example features a 32mm case made from 18k yellow gold, with straight lugs and a leather strap instead of the familiar Oyster case and metal bracelet. The ivory Jubilee dial is particularly interesting, featuring a repeating Rolex pattern across its surface. Polished yellow gold Roman numeral hour markers and slender, tapered hands complement the warm gold case, while the simple two-hand layout is clean and balanced. Inside is a traditional hand-wound mechanical movement, requiring the wearer to wind the crown periodically rather than relying on an automatic rotor.
