Used Rolex Explorer 114270 Black Arabic Dial
The Explorer was famously inspired by the history-making climb by Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay to the summit of Mount Everest, during which one of the men was wearing a Rolex Oyster on their wrist. The Explorer celebrates the toughness of the Rolex Oyster case by offering a resilient stainless steel finish, a protective crystal over the dial, and a hermetic seal that protects the movement within from water damage, dust particles, and extreme temperature variations. The case wears on a traditional, three-link Oyster bracelet that will hold secure no matter where your adventures take you thanks to the use of a folding Oysterlock clasp. As a newer preowned Rolex, the ref. 114270 that is presented here today includes upgraded materials such as 904L Oystersteel, sapphire crystal, and improved luminous material on the dial.
