Rolex has mastered the art of producing simple yet technically sophisticated timepieces. A fact that is proven with the vintage Oysterdate precision 6694. While this particular preowned Rolex was produced in the early 1960's, the waterproof Oyster case that accompanies it was invented much earlier in the 1920's and has since been upgraded to offer an increased depth rating and a refined profile. Within the case beats a Rolex calibre manual winding movement, complete with an innovative automatically changing date display. This feature is ever-present at the 3-hour marker and also features a magnifying Cyclops lens on most dress references. As a vintage Rolex, the case also features a thicker acrylic crystal and a dial topped with elegant indices and Dauphine hands.
