Used Rolex OysterQuartz Day-Date 19018 INtegral Bracelet
The OysterQuartz series was developed in the 1970s as an answer to a growing interest among luxury watch collectors for watches powered by quartz movements. The result is a collection of timepieces that are very reminiscent of the decade in which they debuted. The OysterQuartz line is characterized by an angular case and a unique integrated bracelet. The case maintains a 36mm diameter and is waterproof up to 100 meters, similar to classic Oyster cases. The ref. 19018 that you see here today is a slightly rarer Day-Date variation of the line that displays the date at 3 o'clock and the day spelled out in full at 12 o'clock. The case and bracelet are also crafted from yellow gold, creating the same powerful aesthetic as the original 1950s Day-Date.
