Used Rolex President 18078 w/ Barked Finish
A unique variation of the President Day-Date is the bark finish ref. 18078 that we have listed here today. Found mostly on Day-Date timepieces, this distinct finish adds dimension and vintage style to any timepiece it accompanies. This is also a great option for collectors who seek a gold Rolex that brings a slightly different feature set to the table than the traditional Day-Date in a satin and high-polish finish. As with many used Rolex Day-Dates, the ref. 18078 is also accompanied by a standard 36mm Oyster case, a dial topped with both a day and date display, and a President bracelet with three-piece links and a concealed Crownclasp.

This watch was advertised as circa 1983 in excellent condition. I could not find one flaw on it. It is as close to mint as any watch I have seen at a dealer's store. The bark finish is much more stunning in person than it is in photographs. I am beyond pleased that I made the choice for the bark finish. Anyone else deciding on bark finish, do yourself a favor and see one in person. They are fabulous!
