Used Rolex Sea-Dweller Deepsea Model 116660BKSO
The Deepsea Sea-Dweller ref. 116660 began production in 2008 and brought with it an increased depth rating of up to 3,900 meters or 12,8000 feet, three times the resistance of previous Sea-Dweller models. In order to achieve this level of waterproofness, Rolex added an innovative Ringlock system as well as a thicker 5mm sapphire crystal to the case. Similar to its predecessors, the Helium Escape Valve is still present at the 9-hour marker and is designed to allow gasses to safely escape from the case while returning to the surface from a deep saturation dives. The Deepsea requires a larger case to accommodate these features in the form of a 44mm Oyster case with a thickness of approx. 18mm, and is worn on a secure Oyster bracelet with three-piece links and a Glidelock clasp. As a newer used Rolex, this men's diver also features Chromalight lume, 904L Oystersteel, and a Cerachrom bezel insert.
