Ordered this watch for my wife for our anniversary. Bobs watches sent it out that very day. They did their part however, FedEx totally messed up and did not deliver the timepiece for 5 days. Tried to use the weather as an excuse which is total BS because we didn't really have any bad weather in here till Saturday night and the watch was supposed to be delivered Saturday morning. Needless to say, the piece came as expected and my wife was very delighted and excited by the timepiece. I appreciate Bob's watches and their prompt response getting it out. This was my first time ordering a pre-owned timepiece from Bob's. Normally I buy them new but you just can't find them at the ad dealers. I've been on some list for as long as 10 years. I just recently purchased a second one from Bob and I think I will continue buying timepieces from Bob's for a very long time.
