Vintage Watch Condition Examination
This Rolex watch is in excellent vintage condition. The case is in great condition with some scratches, wear and light nicks; the crown and case number on the caseback are crisp and clearly visible. The finish on the edge of the caseback and sides are also intact. The hallmark on the side of the case by four o'clock is still clearly visible. The case is probably unpolished. The dial is in great condition with light wear and light patina around some hour markers and in the center; this can be hard to notice. The sunburst finish on the dial is in great condition. The hour markers and hands are in great condition with light wear and light patina.
Rolex Cellini Silver Dial
The Rolex Cellini is the brand's dedicated collection of fine dress watches inspired by the works of sculptor Benvenuto Cellini. Our example is in excellent condition for a watch from the 1960s and is probably unpolished, with the case number and crown still visible and crisp on the back. The watch relies on a hand-wound movement, which allows it to sport a very slim and elegant profile.
