This 606 is in overall great, honest vintage condition. The case is in good condition with some very light scratches and a few nicks on the bezel. The numbers on the caseback are gone; the crown on the edge of the case used to open the case is still intact. The hallmark on the side of the caseback is still visible. The bezel's texturing has remained sharp and the bezel texture can be described as coin-edge like; the bezel has some wear and scratches. The dial is in overall good condition with some patina and some wear throughout. The hands and hour markers have developed patina. This watch has a integrated bracelet with that will fit up to approximately 8 inches. The clasp is signed with the Rolex crown and stamped "14K” indicating it's 14 karat gold throughout and its texturing is in very nice condition. The bracelet is in overall great condition with some wear and slight warping (hard to notice especially on the wrist) at the 12 o'clock side and normal signs of wear throughout.
