Vintage Watch Condition Examination:
This 5513 is in vintage condition with wear consistent with age. The case is in good condition with normal wear. The bezel insert is a service replacement. The dial is in attractive condition with some wear that is hard to notice depending on the lighting. The bracelet is in great, honest condition with light stretch between the links.
Description: Vintage Rolex Submariner 5513
Pre-owned Rolex Submariner ref 5513 (1989) model made from around 1962 to 1989 and here is a later example from circa 1989. The defining characteristics of these last generation 5513's would be the white gold borders around the hour markers, this is known as "white gold surrounds." This is a characteristic that started in the mid-late 1980s and is still featured on Submariners of this day. This example has been worn, but taken care of over the years and is ready for a new home.
