Positioned as the entry-level collection within the modern Tank family, the Tank Must preserves all of the design elements that have made the Tank popular for more than a century while featuring a more accessible stainless steel finish. First designed by Louis Cartier in 1917, the Tank drew inspiration from the overhead view of military tanks used during World War I, with its parallel brancards resembling a tank's tracks. The clean geometry and balanced proportions proved so timeless that the design is still virtually unchanged today. This extra-large model pairs a 41mm x 31mm steel case with a silvered flinqué dial, black Roman numeral hour markers, blued steel sword-shaped hands, and a date display neatly tucked above 6 o'clock. Completing the look is a black grained calfskin strap with Cartier's convenient interchangeable system.
I know this is a pre-owned watch, but it looks almost new to me. I really like the square case too.
