Rolex Air-King 5500
One of the most underrated watches in the Rolex lineup is the Air-King. Often overlooked, it’s the subtle and sophisticated style that the Air-King brings to the table that loyal collectors love. One of the most notable fans of the vintage Air-King is Ryan Gosling. In fact, he was seen wearing a vintage reference, similar to the ref. 5500 that is offered here today, as he walked the red carpet at the 2017 Golden Globes. Subtle enough for everyday wear, yet classy enough to pair with a tux, the Air-King proves that it is just as worthy of the Rolex name as any other dress reference. This particular Air-King 5500 pairs a brushed steel finish with a handsome blue dial. A 34mm Oyster case and Oyster bracelet secured by a Fliplock clasp provide a secure hold.
