Pre-owned Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris Chronograph ref. Q9028181 (2024) comes from the sportier side of a brand better known for elegant dress watches and complicated movements. The modern Polaris collection debuted in 2018, drawing inspiration from Jaeger-LeCoultre’s vintage Memovox Polaris dive watches while developing its own contemporary sports-watch identity. This chronograph features a 42mm stainless steel case and matching steel bracelet, with sleek pushers integrated neatly into the side of the case. The blue dial uses a clean bi-compax layout, with two chronograph registers balanced across the dial and a tachymeter scale around the perimeter. Luminescent baton hour markers are joined by Arabic numerals at 6 and 12, also filled with luminous material for a more casual, sporty look. Inside is Jaeger-LeCoultre’s self-winding manufacture caliber 761, a column-wheel chronograph movement with twin barrels and approximately 65 hours of power reserve.
