The Omega 220.22.41.21.02.001 is the iconic Seamaster Aqua Terra in stainless steel and 18kt Sedna™ gold. The example you see here today wears on a sporty grey rubber strap made from structured rubber that resembles textile. It features matching lining for added comfort and gold end links.
