The Omega Speedmaster is one of the most iconic luxury watches in the world, boasting the title of the very first watch on the moon. Over the years, the Speedmaster has accompanied NASA astronauts on all six lunar missions, earning it the impressive nickname the "Moonwatch". The ref. 3126.96.36.199.01.001 is a modern example of the Moonwatch that features a Hesalite crystal, a mechanical calibre 1861 manual-winding movement with a 48-hour power reserve, and a stainless steel finish. The time is displayed on a traditional black dial topped with small seconds, chronograph registers, luminous hour markers, and matching luminous hands. The Tachymeter bezel is calibrated to 500 kilometers, earning the Speedmaster its name and making it an ideal companion for space travel. This is your chance to add one to your collection on a desirable black leather bracelet.
*All Omega watches are guaranteed to be 100% genuine and certified authentic. All watches are shipped to fit the average size wrist (7 1/4" - 7 1/2" for men and 6 1/4" - 6 1/2" for women). Additional links can be purchased if needed.
Timeless look that can be worn formally or informally. I love that it came with so much more than just the watch. My daily wear was a Breitling Superocean, but I think this is my new one.
I've wanted a Moonwatch for over 20 years since I saw one in a space magazine in elementary school. I finally own one and couldn't be happier. Using the NATO strap until I can get several links removed from the metal band, but oddly enough I actual really like the NATO strap...
