PAM00196 features the caliber OP XII self-winding movement, complete with small seconds, a date mechanism, and chronograph functions. The result is a watch that is impressive in both form and function. It's instantly recognizable as a Panerai chronograph because this ref. PAM 196 also features a Tachymeter bezel, a trio of registers on the dial, and pushers above and below the iconic crescent-shaped crown guard. Of course, it also features Panerai's signature cushion-shaped case and large Arabic hour markers.
