For decades, Panerai only produced tool watches for military use. It wasn't until recently that the brand became commercially available. While each Panerai timepiece is sophisticated and incredibly well-made, their roots as a military watch remain, adding to their appeal among many luxury watch investors. The ref. PAM 270 Luminor 10 Days is equipped with a classic 44mm cushion-shaped case, a larger crown guard, and a stunning black sandwich dial topped with a power reserve indicator. The dial earns its name "Sandwich" from the unique process that includes layering a luminous disc beneath the dial itself. This process is technically advanced and gives the PAM 270 a unique aesthetic that many Paneristis seek. The ref. PAM 270 also notably runs on a calibre P.2003 movement with a GMT function, a date mechanism, and an impressive 10-Day power reserve.
